Green Plate Organic Food and Beverage Expo 2026
Green Plate is an organic food and beverage expo organised by the Fashionista Group, which has run exhibitions in India since 2008 across more than 46 cities. The expo is a platform for vegan, plant-based, gluten-free and allergen-free food and beverage products derived from natural resources, aimed at health- and environment-conscious buyers.
The 36th edition takes place on 5-6 December 2026 at Vivanta, Coimbatore, in Tamil Nadu, India. Opening hours are 10:30 to 20:00 and entry is free. The same series also runs editions in other Indian cities, including Mumbai (Valecha Hall, Juhu) and Mysuru (Southern Star) in the 2026 cycle.
Exhibitor profiles include organic farmers, producers, distributors, retailers and chefs working with sustainable food and beverage brands. Product segments cover organic staples, plant-based alternatives, gluten-free and allergen-free ranges, health foods, spices, beverages and natural personal care. Visitors are mainly aware buyers who care about health and the environment, plus trade buyers sourcing organic and free-from products for retail and food service.
