Green Plate | Organic Food and Beverage Expo | Vegan, Plant-based, Gluten-free, Allergen-free, Spices 2026

Green Plate is an organic food and beverage expo series organised by the Fashionista Group of Companies, running since 2008 across dozens of Indian cities. Its editions bring together organic farmers, producers, distributors, retailers and chefs with buyers who care about health and sustainable sourcing.

The exhibition floor covers vegan, plant-based, gluten-free and allergen-free food and beverage ranges derived from natural resources, alongside spices, health foods, natural ingredients and sustainable packaging suppliers. Visitors include retail chains, hospitality buyers, nutritionists and health-conscious consumers, and admission is free for trade and public visitors.

The 36th edition takes place on 5-6 December 2026 at Vivanta, Coimbatore, following the 35th edition held on 27-28 October 2026 at Valecha Hall in Juhu, Mumbai. A further edition is scheduled for 8-9 December 2026 at Southern Star in Mysuru. Show floor hours are published as 10:30 to 20:00 daily.
