The 16th Shanghai International Vacuum Industry Exhibition (CIFMIE 2027) takes place on 16-18 June 2027 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai's Qingpu District, No. 333 Songze Avenue.

The fair presents vacuum technology and equipment across semiconductor manufacturing, flat-panel display coating, photovoltaics, aerospace testing, biopharmaceuticals and new materials research: vacuum pumps and components, measurement and leak-detection systems, coating plants, and clean-vacuum process solutions for upstream and downstream suppliers.

The organiser announces a planned footprint of about 40,000 sqm with 1,000 exhibitors and 50,000 professional visitors, and positions the show as a platform for international exchange and cooperation for the vacuum industry chain.

Opening hours are 09:00-17:00 on the first two days and 09:00-15:00 on the final day. Build-up and move-in are scheduled for 14-15 June (09:00-18:00), with dismantling from 15:00 on 18 June. The 2027 staging is the 16th edition of the exhibition.
