FlavourTalk 2027 is the fifth year of ‘FlavourTalk at the Millennium’. The event takes place 16–18 March 2027 at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel & Conference Centre, Kensington, London (4-18 Harrington Gardens, London SW7 4LH).
Exhibition
The 17th Flavour Raw Materials Exhibition runs Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 March 2027. Suppliers of flavour raw materials meet flavourists, food product developers and other industry visitors from Europe and beyond. More than 50 companies showcase products and innovations; each exhibitor is allocated to one of the two exhibition days.
Conference
The FlavourTalk Conference, Sustainable Flavour Production in the Era of UPFs, is on Thursday 18 March 2027 at the same venue. Sessions cover flavour innovation, sustainability, green chemistry, fermentation, extraction technology and related industry trends.
Networking dinner
A networking dinner is held on the evening of 16 March 2027 in the Conservatory, between the two exhibition days.
Registration
Delegate registration opens online on 2 November 2026. Advance exhibition tickets are £325 until 16 January (full price £400 from 17 January). Conference advance tickets are £400 until 16 January (full price £480 from 17 January). A package covering conference, both exhibition days and the dinner is £750 in advance (£900 from 17 January). VAT may apply.
