FlavourTalk 2027 will take place on 16-18 March 2027 at the Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester, London. Now in its fifth year, 'FlavourTalk at the Millennium' brings together the food, flavour and ingredients sectors. The Exhibition runs over two days on 16 and 17 March, followed by the Conference on 18 March, with a Networking Dinner on the evening of 16 March. Organised by Flavour Horizons, which has a strong technical base and wealth of experience in the food, flavour and ingredients sectors and many years organising exhibitions and conferences including FlavourTalk.
