About the exhibition

The Shanghai International Hospitality Design and Supplies Expo (HDE) is a long-running hospitality and commercial-space trade show under Hotel & Shop Plus. Organizers include the China Tourist Hotel Association, China Commerce Association for General Merchandise, China Association of Lighting Industry, China Architectural Culture Centre, and Sinoexpo Informa Markets.

The 2027 edition runs 30 March – 2 April 2027 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Pudong. Official pages describe a one-stop sourcing platform for hotel and commercial space construction and operation, with exhibitors in hotel supplies, smart hotels, hotel franchising, building decoration, engineering design, lighting, smart office, and sunshade materials.

HDE is co-located with other Hotel & Shop Plus shows (including Expo Build China, Expo Lighting for Commercial Properties, hotel investment and franchise, public-space landscape, smart retailing, intelligent sun shading, and the International Future Office Fair).
