Shanghai International Hotel Investment & Franchise Expo 2027

About the fair

The Shanghai International Hotel Investment & Franchise Expo, previously known as the China (Shanghai) International Hotel Investment Franchising and Franchise Exhibition (CHFE), was first held in 2015 and is organized by Shanghai Jin Jiang International Exhibition Co. Ltd. It promotes quality hotel, resort, apartment, boutique and homestay brands and matches them with investors, developers and property owners, creating an offline investment and franchising platform for the hospitality industry.

Exhibit fields include hotel brands and franchise opportunities, hospitality investment, hotel design and engineering, building decoration materials, lighting, smart hotel solutions and smart office products.

Next edition

The organizer's official site (hdeexpo.com) confirms the next edition will take place from 30 March to 2 April 2027 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Pudong, Shanghai, held within the Shanghai International Hospitality Design & Supplies Expo (HDE) family of shows. The former official domain chinahfe.cn no longer resolves; hdeexpo.com is the current official website.

Note for admins: this record's original title "China International Hotel Investment Franchising and Franchising Exhibition" refers to the same CHFE brand now marketed as the Shanghai International Hotel Investment & Franchise Expo.
