About the fair
Shenyang Food Expo, known in Chinese as the Shenyang Canbohui (Haiming Shenyang Food Expo, CFCE), was founded in 2014 and is organized by Haiming International Exhibition Group with the hotel and catering associations of Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia. Held every spring at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center (No. 9 Huizhan Road, Sujiatun District, Shenyang), it has become the annual industry gathering for the food and catering supply chain of the northeast China region.
Exhibits cover the full catering supply chain: prepared and ready-to-cook foods, frozen seafood and meat products, hotpot and barbecue ingredients, seasonings and hotpot bases, beverages and drinks, coffee and bakery products, catering kitchen equipment, and food processing and packaging machinery. The expo is UFI-certified and is a provincial 4A-level brand exhibition.
Latest confirmed edition
The organizer has confirmed the 14th edition for 15-17 April 2027 at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center, expanding to six halls and about 80,000 sqm of exhibition space. The previous edition (13th) was held 17-19 April 2026 at the same venue with more than 1,800 exhibitors and over 130,000 professional visitors.
