Shenyang Catering Industry Supplies and Equipment Exhibition 2027
The Shenyang Catering Industry Supplies and Equipment Exhibition is part of the Haiming Shenyang Food Expo (CFCE) series organized by Haiming International Exhibition Group and run locally by Shenyang Xinzhan Exhibition Co. Since its founding in 2014, the expo has been held every April at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center in Sujiatun District and is the first UFI-certified catering-industry exhibition in northeast China, as well as a Liaoning 4A-rated brand exhibition. The 14th edition is scheduled for 15-17 April 2027 across six halls with about 80,000 square metres of exhibition space and more than 2,000 exhibitors. Concurrent events include the hotpot, BBQ and frozen/prepared food shows, the catering equipment and hotel supplies show, the food processing and packaging machinery show, and a coffee and bakery section, together with forums, chef competitions and business matchmaking activities for restaurant operators, distributors, group-catering buyers and supermarket purchasers from Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia.
