Vietnam International Bakery Show 2027
The Vietnam International Bakery Show (VIBS) is organized by the Taipei Bakery Association, Chan Chao International Co., Ltd., and Yorkers Exhibition Service Vietnam Co., Ltd., with co-organizers including the Vietnam Bakery Associations (V.N.B.A) and Asia Bakery - Confectionery Joint Stock Company.
The 2027 edition runs Wednesday 29 September through Saturday 2 October 2027 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Show hours are 09:00–17:00 daily; the last day closes at 15:00. Visitors under 16 are not admitted.
Exhibit sectors include bakery machinery and whole-plant equipment, bakery tools and processing machinery, packaging machinery and materials, flash freezers and restaurant equipment, par-baked goods and raw materials, bread and pastry, cakes and confectionery, coffee and beverages, plus themed areas such as the Bakery Theme Hall and Baker Avenue.
