For those planning to exhibit at the upcoming Expo 26, my advice is to familiarize yourself thoroughly with the terms and conditions applicable to your participation. Understanding the stipulations set forth by Allen Hopkins Productions, Inc. will ensure a smoother experience and compliance during the event. It's crucial to adhere to the guidelines regarding booth usage, display regulations, and financial obligations. Be aware that failure to comply with these rules can lead to severe consequences, such as the cancellation of your booth permit and forfeiture of fees paid.
Moreover, ensure that you prepare adequately for your move-in and move-out times. Installation of displays should occur only during specified hours, and all materials must be cleared from the aisles and booth area as outlined in the agreement. This will help maintain order and safety within the Convention Center. Remember, engaging in activities outside of what is approved can lead to significant penalties. Also, consider obtaining insurance for your display materials to mitigate any risks and protect your investment.
