Foodtech Japan 2026
Food Factory Technology Week is Japan's leading bi‑annual exhibition for food‑factory technologies, split into four sub‑expos: the Food Factory Automation Digital Technology Expo showcasing IoT, AI, robotics, processing machinery and AGV/AMR logistics; the Food Safety Hygiene Expo featuring AI inspection systems, insect control, clean‑room/sterilisation, sanitary materials and HACCP solutions; the Food Loss Waste Recycling Technology Fair presenting recycling, up‑cycling, composting and power‑generation technologies; and the Workplace Environment Improvement Fair with safety equipment, air‑conditioning, personal protective gear and powered exoskeletons. The Osaka edition runs 30 Sep‑2 Oct 2026 at INTEX Osaka, while the Tokyo edition follows 18‑20 Nov 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight. Both shows are free to attend with prior registration and target food manufacturers, confectioners, health‑food producers, beverage and bakery makers, chain restaurants and distributors.
