Library Fair & Forum (Japanese: 図書館総合展) is organized by the Library Fair Operations Committee and is widely regarded as Japan’s foremost library-related trade show and cross-sector forum. Public, university, school, and special libraries exhibit and meet with suppliers, while sessions cover learning environments, information flow, and library technology.

The official site announces the next on-site edition on 9–11 November 2027 (Tuesday–Thursday) at Pacifico Yokohama (Hall A and the conference building). Online programming dates for that edition were still being adjusted at verification time. Participation in fair activities is free of charge.

The fair also runs an extended “Library Fair Month” with online forums, library study tours, and follow-up programs around the main venue dates. Exhibitor guidelines for the 2027 edition were expected around February 2027.
