ProSweets Cologne 2027
ProSweets Cologne 2026/2027 is a supplier‑focused trade fair for the sweets and snacks industry, running 31 January‑3 February 2027 in Cologne. It showcases the full sweet‑production value chain: machinery, systems, packaging solutions, production technology and food‑safety equipment. A new stand‑alone segment, ISM Ingredients, occupies Hall 10.1 and presents raw materials, ingredients and semi‑finished products, replacing the former Ingredients section. The fair hosts about 1,500 international manufacturers and offers matchmaking, expert talks, a tasting stage, packaging workshops, a special show for ingredients, and side events such as the ProSweets Party and DLG Careers Day.
