The Gordon Food Service (GFS) Show Charlotte is a trade-only foodservice event hosted by North America's largest privately held foodservice distributor. The Spring 2027 edition is a single-day show on Wednesday, April 21, 2027 at the Charlotte Convention Center, Halls AB, 501 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202.
