PowerEx Africa 2028
PowerEx Africa is a conference and exhibition for commercial and industrial (C&I) energy, launched by Montgomery Group Africa. It covers the generation, transmission, distribution, storage and management of energy for commercial and industrial applications, giving suppliers of backup power, generators, energy management and optimisation, power quality and electrical infrastructure a dedicated meeting place with energy-intensive buyers.
The show is organised by Montgomery Group Africa and runs co-located with Electra Mining Africa at the Johannesburg Expo Centre, Nasrec, Johannesburg, so visitors combine a dedicated industrial energy focus with the established mining and industrial audience of the parent show. The organiser's own event page brands the show "PowerEx" (page title "PowerEx 2028 | Industrial Energy Exhibition South Africa"); the brand was publicly launched as "PowerEx Africa" in September 2026. A paid PowerEx conference accompanies the exhibition.
Debut edition: 4-8 September 2028, Johannesburg Expo Centre, Cnr Nasrec & Randshow Roads, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa, open 09:00-17:00 daily. Stand booking and visitor registration are handled through the official Electra Mining Africa website, which hosts the PowerEx event page.
