Waste & Resource Recovery Expo is connexU's dedicated New South Wales trade exhibition for the people who plan, fund, build and operate the state's waste and resource recovery systems. The inaugural edition is confirmed for 21-22 July 2027 at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.

The official site describes a two-day trade floor with Live Equipment & Technology Demonstrations and a free education programme covering collection, resource recovery, infrastructure, technology, safety and the transition to 2030. Councils, government teams, operators, infrastructure owners and major industry buyers attend to source plant, machinery, technology and services for projects, contract renewals, FOGO rollouts and operational improvements.

connexU publishes targets of 80+ exhibitors, 2,000+ industry professionals and 250+ public sector buyers. The show adds pre-booked 1-to-1 meetings through the Procurement Exchange. Admission is free for qualified trade visitors.
