Peters Valley Handmade Holiday Event 2026
The Handmade Holiday Event is the winter counterpart to the Peters Valley Craft Fair and the organiser's flagship retail season. For the 2026 edition the Peters Valley School of Craft Gallery at 16 Kuhn Road, Layton, New Jersey, expands onto its second floor to turn the whole building into a festive winter wonderland filled with new work from more than 200 exhibiting artists - jewellery, pottery, glass, wood, woven fibre and home decor - with the first floor given over to holiday gift sales and the second floor hosting the seasonal exhibition. The event runs from 14 November to 31 December 2026, with gallery hours from 11:00 to 18:00 Tuesday to Sunday and closed Mondays. The open call for artists opens each July. Purchases support independent working artists and the school's educational programmes, and the event is held in conjunction with Peters Valley's participation in Handwork: Celebrating American Craft 2026, a nationwide initiative led by Craft in America.
