SIAL Shanghai

SIAL Shanghai is Asia's premium food and beverage trade fair, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Pudong. Since 2000 it has served as a launchpad for food and beverage companies entering Chinese and Asian markets, connecting global exhibitors with professional buyers and celebrating product innovation.

The next published edition is 18–20 May 2027 at SNIEC (2345 Longyang Road, Pudong). The official homepage also lists a separate southern China show, SIAL Guangzhou, at Poly World Trade Center Expo.

Programme highlights advertised by the organiser include TuttoPizza International by SIAL, an International HoReCa & Catering Supply Chain area, the SIAL Global Food Industry Summit, and SIAL Innovation awards.
