The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) Annual Meeting & Exposition is the flagship event of the mathematics-education calendar, bringing together thousands of teachers, school leaders, coaches and researchers from around the world for hundreds of sessions, preconference workshops, keynote addresses and a large exhibit hall of education and edtech companies.

NCTM publishes the forward schedule in its Future Dates table, and the dates and location were formally approved by the NCTM Board of Directors ("2027 NCTM Annual Meeting & Exposition, Orlando, October 27-30, 2027").
The 2027 programme is organised around conference strands grouped under the theme Weaving a Tapestry of Mathematical Possibilities, including threads on discovery and student thinking, innovation and emerging technology, and deepening mathematical understanding for powerful teaching. The 2027 edition also carries a Research Track with research symposia, research reports and posters, as well as research-to-practice workshops, following the Board's decision to combine the former Research Conference with the Annual Meeting.
The call for proposals for the 2027 meeting opened on 1 September 2026 and closes on 6 November 2026; accepted speakers are notified by 1 March 2027 and attendee registration is planned to open in spring 2027.

NCTM is a non-profit professional association of mathematics educators headquartered in Reston, Virginia. Its annual meeting is widely regarded as the premier mathematics education event of the year.
