Vermont Crafters Expo 2026
The Vermont Crafters Expo is the first annual show produced by Vermont Gatherings for crafters, makers, artists, hobbyists and creative professionals, hosted at the Champlain Valley Exposition, 105 Pearl St, Essex Junction, Vermont. Unlike a traditional craft fair that features vendors selling finished handmade goods, the Expo focuses on the tools, materials, education and resources that help people create. Sponsored by the Vermont Creative Network, the Expo also welcomes Shelburne Craft School and Generator Makerspace for a weekend of creative exploration and learning.
Visitors can explore tools, machines, materials and supplies, watch hands-on demonstrations, attend educational workshops and discover workspace, organisation and studio solutions. Scheduled demonstrations and workshops span many interests: fibre and needle arts such as crochet, cross-stitch, embroidery, needlepoint, quilting and sewing; art and design including jewellery making, mask making, origami, photography, pottery and kids' crafts; hands-on making such as drum making, leatherworking, wood burning, woodworking and scissor sharpening; and technology and specialty hobbies including 3D printing, vinyl cutting and sticker making, homebrewing and mead making.
The first edition runs Saturday and Sunday, 7-8 November 2026, from 10am to 5pm. Tickets are USD 20 for one day or USD 30 for both days, available at the door or online, and children under 12 enter free. Parking is free.
