I.CON West: The Industrial Conference 2027
I.CON West is the premier event exclusively focused on the development, operation and expansion of industrial real estate. Organized by the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA, formerly NAIOP), I.CON West is the nation's largest gathering of industrial real estate professionals, bringing together developers, investors, brokers and operators to exchange ideas on the industrial property sector.
The 2027 edition takes place on Tuesday 9 March and Wednesday 10 March 2027 at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, 900 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, California 90017. Tuesday runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PT with registration opening in the morning, ticketed tours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., a Women in Industrial Networking Reception co-hosted by CREDA and WILD, exhibits opening at 2:00 p.m., a keynote session, a capital markets session and an onsite welcome reception. Wednesday runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT with a networking breakfast buffet, concurrent sessions through the day and a networking lunch, closing with the I.CONECT networking event from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The 2027 programme also includes a Women in Industrial Networking Reception and the CREDA capital markets session, reflecting the show's focus on industrial development, capital markets and networking for the industrial real estate community.
