WOFEX Drinks + Bakes 2027 runs 28-30 January 2027 at the SMX Convention Center, Seashell Lane, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Launched in 2025 for WOFEX's 25th anniversary, WOFEX Drinks + Bakes is the series' dedicated show for the beverage and baking industries. The 2027 edition is its third year and moves to a venue twice the size of the previous layout, giving exhibitors and buyers more space for sourcing and networking.

The show covers three themed areas: BREW (coffee beans and machines, brewing equipment, roasters, coffee wares, tea, syrups, cafe furniture and chains), BAR (beer, wines, spirits, liqueurs, bitters and bar equipment), and BEVERAGES (water, sports drinks, juices, health drinks and softdrinks), alongside baking and pastry suppliers, equipment and ingredients.

Visitors can attend learning sessions led by industry professionals and watch live and display coffee, barista, bar and cake decorating competitions, including Cake Fiesta Manila, the largest cake show in the country.
