Winter FancyFaire 2027 is the specialty food and beverage trade show that opens the North American trade-show calendar, hosted by the Specialty Food Association and held January 17-19, 2027 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. The show brings together more than 12,000 industry professionals and over 4,000 buyers across 40+ product categories, from functional beverages to high-protein snacks, with offsite sampling, unstructured networking and local immersion programming alongside the trade floor.
