Manufacturing Industry's HR Expo is the industry's first specialised exhibition focused on solving workforce shortages in manufacturing, organised by RX Japan as part of Factory Innovation Week.

Dates: September 8 (Wed) - 10 (Fri), 2027, 10:00-17:00 (JST)
Venue: Makuhari Messe, Japan (2-1 Nakase, Mihama-ku, Chiba-city)

The show showcases services and solutions for the recruitment, training and management of the manufacturing workforce, and gives exhibitors direct access to an audience of decision-makers who are actively seeking ways to solve their human resource challenges. A concurrent conference offers a platform to share success stories and strategies for tackling manufacturing HR shortages, positioning each company as a leader in the field.

The September (Tokyo) edition is co-located with RoboDEX, Smart Factory Expo, Green Factory Expo and Factory Safety & Accessibility Expo at Makuhari Messe.
