KPCAshow 2027
The 2027 edition of KPCAshow, the International Semiconductor Circuits and Advanced Packaging Show, runs from 29 September (Wed) to 1 October (Fri) 2027, with opening hours of 09:00 to 17:00 on all three days. The show takes place at Songdo Convensia, 123 Central-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, South Korea, and is being extended to include the 2nd Floor Premier Ballroom.
KPCAshow is organized by the Korea Semiconductor Packaging and Circuits Association (KPCA) together with Incheon Metropolitan City, and managed by KY Exposition Corp. and the Incheon Tourism Organization. It is supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources, the Electronic Times, the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation, the Korea Microelectronics Packaging Society and the World Electronic Circuits Council (WECC), together with the national PCB associations of Japan, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, India and Europe.

- PCB Industry Pavilion: PCB manufacturing process equipment and materials, optical and embedded substrates, LCD-related substrates, electronic circuit design, CAD/CAM
- Semiconductor Packaging Pavilion: semiconductor and LED packaging materials, electronic packaging design systems, packaging equipment and parts, lead-free soldering and forming machines
- Plating and Surface Treatment New Technology Pavilion: electroplating and electroless plating production equipment, coating materials, heat treatment, surface hardening and polishing
- High-tech Reliability Equipment and Clean System Pavilion: reliability, measurement and analysis equipment, cleanroom systems and electrostatic/EMI protection
- Automotive System Pavilion: automotive electronic control units, reliability testing and analysis, ECU manufacturing and component inspection
- Motion Control and Collaborative Robot Industry Pavilion: motion control, motion mechanics, sensors and peripherals, collaborative robots
The show is accompanied by the INSIGHT international symposium and a welcome networking night. KPCAshow is recognized as an international certification exhibition and hosts an international PCB and semiconductor packaging forum for manufacturers, suppliers and engineers from across the global electronics supply chain.
