SEFAA Trade Show is the South East Florida Apartment Association annual supplier show for the multifamily industry.

The next edition is Wednesday, 21 July 2027, 15:00–19:00 EDT in the Grand Ballroom of the Broward County Convention Center, 1950 Eisenhower Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Exhibitor check-in and load-in run 10:00–14:00; teardown 19:00–21:00.

Complimentary light food and entertainment are planned. Non-exhibiting suppliers are not permitted to attend. Booths include two exhibitor passes. 2026 member exhibitors may register now; other members, non-members, and additional booth sales open 1 January 2027. Early booth purchase before that date includes one extra exhibitor pass (three total). Member booth rates run USD 1,450–1,750 by tier; non-member USD 1,875–2,250. Additional exhibitor USD 80 members / USD 100 non-members.

Convention Center parking is a USD 20 flat pay-upon-entry fee on show day (cards only). SEFAA does not use housing services or sell attendee lists.
