HORECA Balearic Islands is the premier professional trade fair for the hospitality and catering sector in the Balearic Islands. The 2027 Mallorca edition will be held from 8 to 10 February 2027 at Vel��dromo Illes Balears (Palma Arena) in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. The event is exclusively for industry professionals and features more than 500 brands, over 16,000 professional visitors, and a 5,500 m2 exhibition area. Showcooking, tastings, workshops, competitions and business networking are programmed across the three days. Admission is free but requires prior registration through an exhibitor invitation code.
