• Scam Warning: SMTA never sells member or attendee data; official emails end in @smta.org.
• Payment: No purchase orders; checks or wire transfers must be post‑dated before the deadline.
• Cancellation: Written notice ≥ 14 days before the event; $100 fee applies; later cancellations forfeit fees unless transferred to an equal‑cost event.
• Media Consent: Attendance implies consent for photography, audio, and video use in SMTA promotions.
