APAIE Conference and Exhibition 2027
APAIE 2027 is the annual Conference and Exhibition of the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE), held 21-25 March 2027 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, hosted by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with six co-hosting universities. The programme covers pre-conference workshops on 21 March, the main conference and exhibition days from 22 to 24 March, and post-conference campus tours on 25 March. The exhibition and APAIE Theatre sessions run at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kompleks MITEC, No. 8 Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala Lumpur; the 2027 sponsorship prospectus states that all exhibition and theatre sessions are on Level 3, Halls 9-11, while the published programme lists its session rooms in the MY 01-11 series on Level 1A. Exhibition open hours are 08:30 to 17:30 on the main conference days. The 2027 conference theme is "Humanity in the AI age: engaging Asia-Pacific perspectives". APAIE expects more than 3,300 delegates from over 70 countries and regions, with representation from more than 600 organisations, across plenaries, concurrent presentation sessions, poster discussions, regional reports, networking lunches and a three-day exhibition with sponsors and exhibitors. Early bird registration closes on 12 January 2027 and the conference runs in Kuala Lumpur time (GMT+8).
