eLearning Africa is the largest and most comprehensive knowledge-sharing conference and exhibition for digital education, training and skills development on the African continent. Founded in 2005, the annual event brings together ministers, policymakers, educators, trainers, technology specialists, development partners and investors.

The 20th edition will take place from 26 to 28 May 2027 in Lomé, Republic of Togo, at Palais des Congrès de Lomé. It is co-hosted by the Ministry for Public Service Efficiency and Digital Transformation under the patronage of Honourable Minister Cina Lawson.

The 2027 theme is Africa's Knowledge Power: From Human Capital to Shared Prosperity. The programme typically includes plenaries, break-out sessions, an exhibition, bilateral meetings and the annual Ministerial Round Table. The conference is held in English and French.
