China International Battery Fair 2027
CIBF2027, the 19th China International Battery Fair, is the flagship international exhibition of the China Industrial Association of Power Sources for battery technology, held 12-14 May 2027 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The organiser's official CIBF2027 introduction video confirms the dates as May 12-14, 2027 and the venue as Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.
The 18th edition (CIBF2026) ran 13-15 May 2026 over 280,000 sqm with more than 3,000 exhibitors and 350,000+ visitors; CIBF2025 drew 3,262 exhibitors and over 400,000 visitors. CIBF is a trademark-registered brand show that has run for 17 editions and is among the most influential new energy exhibitions worldwide. CIBF2027 is organised by the China Industrial Association of Power Sources, with CETC Tianjin New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd. as the undertaking party, and is scheduled to cover the full industry chain across 14 theme halls: battery materials (cathode, anode, separator, electrolyte), cell manufacturing equipment, power batteries for EVs, energy storage systems, hydrogen and fuel cell technology, charging and swapping infrastructure, and battery recycling.
Co-located events include the China International Energy Storage Technology and Engineering Applications Exhibition and the International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology and Equipment Exhibition. Visitor opening times published by the organiser are 09:00-17:00 on 12, 13 and 14 May 2027, with the final day closing at 16:00 and exhibitor dismantling from 16:00 on 14 May.
