IDS 2027
IDS - International Dental Show is the world's leading trade fair for the dental sector, held every two years at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. It is organised by the GFDI Gesellschaft zur Forderung der Dental-Industrie mbH, the commercial enterprise of the Association of German Dental Manufacturers (VDDI), and staged by Koelnmesse GmbH.
The 2027 edition is the 42nd IDS and uses Halls 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 and 11 of the Koelnmesse grounds at Messeplatz 1 in Cologne-Deutz. Product segments cover dental practice, the dental laboratory, infection control and maintenance, and services, information, communication and organisation. The fair is open to trade visitors only; visitor opening hours are 09:00 to 18:00 (Tuesday to Saturday), and exhibitors have access from 08:00 to 19:00.
Target groups include dental dealers, dentists, dental surgery staff, dental laboratories, industry, service providers, research and development, and students. IDS 2025 attracted 2,010 exhibitors from 61 countries and 135,267 visitors from 156 countries across 180,000 square metres of gross exhibition space in seven halls.
