SPIE Photonics West is the world's largest optics and photonics technologies event. The 2027 edition takes place 30 January–4 February 2027 in San Francisco, California, United States, at the Moscone Center. The program includes conferences and courses covering biomedical optics, biophotonics, industrial lasers, optoelectronics, microfabrication, displays, quantum, and emerging vision technologies. Two exhibitions run during the week: BiOS Expo on 30–31 January and the Photonics West Exhibition on 2–4 February.
