My country's annual production of aquatic products has been above 65 million tonnes for many years. In 2021 the total production of aquatic products for the country will increase by 2.16%, with marine products increasing by 2.20% and freshwater products increasing by 2.11%. Guangdong is the largest aquatic province of China. This has been true for two years in a row. Aquaculture and aquatic products are the two largest productions in China. By 2025, it is expected that the value of Guangdong’s fishery industry will be more than 450 billion Yuan and that the total production of aquatic products will still exceed 9 million tonnes.
To study and implement the spirit of 20th National Congress of Communist Party of China with conscientiousness, "accelerate construction of a brand new development pattern which has the domestic cycle at its core and domestic and international cycles promoting each other." The Organizing Committee of the Ninth Guangzhou International Fisheries Expo will be held at the Guangzhou China Export and Import Fair Complex from September 15-17,2023. The 9th Guangzhou International Fisheries Expo will have an area of more than 40,000 square metres, 800 exhibitors and 6 million visitors at the cloud exhibition. The Guangzhou International Fishery Expo is committed to creating an international platform for fishery business and exchange, as well as providing solutions to the entire industry chain. Industry insiders from home and abroad are invited to attend the exhibition to expand the Chinese market.
