AusRAIL Plus 2026
The AusRAIL PLUS 2025 Sponsorship and Exhibition Terms and Conditions govern participation in the AusRAIL 2026 conference (23‑25 Nov 2026, BCEC, Queensland). Sponsors and exhibitors must complete a booking form and pay deposits: 50% at booking, with remaining installments due by 25 May 2025 (for packages ≤ $20k) or by 25 Feb 2025 and 25 Aug 2025 (for > $20k). Payments are in AUD, GST‑inclusive, via EFT or credit card (fees may apply). Cancellations before 25 Nov 2024 incur a 15% admin fee; between 25 Nov 2024‑25 Aug 2025 a 65% fee; after 26 Aug 2025 no refund. The event may be cancelled; if so, MCI must reimburse sponsors within 90 days, less reasonable expenses. Exhibitors must register staff, hold AUD 10 million public liability insurance, and cannot sub‑let booths or place materials outside allocated space. Sponsors must provide print/web assets in specified formats and obtain approval for any private functions. Both parties must respect intellectual property and privacy provisions.
