IT Engineer Staffing & Talent Development Expo (formerly IT Talent Shortage Countermeasures Expo) is a participating exhibition of Japan IT Week, organised by RX Japan.
It showcases IT engineer staffing, recruitment services, reskilling, freelance matching, and outsourcing solutions for companies addressing IT talent shortages.
The next Nagoya edition is 21–23 July 2027, 10:00–17:00, at Port Messe Nagoya. Japan IT Week also holds editions in Tokyo (spring and autumn) and Osaka.
