The Lakes International Comic Arts Festival (LICAF) will be held in Kendal, Cumbria from 2 to 4 October 2026. The three‑day event centres on a Comics Market where creators can exhibit, sell and promote their work. Applications for the 2026 market are open, with forms available for download and a submission deadline of 1 March 2026 (5 pm). The festival website is currently under construction, but the event will feature a range of comic‑related displays, workshops and networking opportunities for artists and fans.
