About the festival

A Niagara tradition since 1974, the Ball's Falls Thanksgiving Festival began as a one-day craft show at Ball's Falls Conservation Area and has grown over five decades into the region's signature Thanksgiving weekend event, drawing visitors from across the Niagara watershed. It is an outdoor festival that runs rain or shine.

Heritage village — an 1800s industrial hamlet with one of Ontario's oldest operating gristmills, the Ball family home, blacksmith shop, lime kiln and pioneer log cabin; historical demonstrations by the Niagara Handweavers and Spinners
Guided nature hikes through fall foliage along the Niagara Escarpment with the Niagara Geopark; the upper falls plunges over the limestone lip of the escarpment

Tickets are valid for single entry on any one day of the festival; purchase one ticket per day you plan to attend. Available online and at the entrance.

Parking and access

Main parking is accessed from 7th Avenue, Lincoln. Accessible parking is at the Centre for Conservation, 3292 Sixth Avenue, accessed from Victoria Avenue. On-site parking is limited and not guaranteed — carpooling is encouraged. Pets are not permitted; only valid service animals.
