It's also a time for family fun. Clovis Chamber will host the 50th Annual ClovisFest and Noble Credit Union's Hot Air Balloon Fun Fly as a Clovis chamber event, September 2025. The 50th annual ClovisFest will bring together thousands of Clovis locals and Fresno residents for a free family event in Old Town Clovis! The International Village, presented by Visit Fresno County at ClovisFest on 4th Street is where your family can enjoy cultural adventures and live performances. Come and enjoy the hot air balloons as well as unique craft vendors, festival food, and cultural adventures. Come to the Clovis Rodeo grounds early in the morning and marvel at the magnificent hot air balloons preparing for takeoff. Arrive early to get a good view of the hot air balloons taking off on Sunday and Saturday. Our balloon pilots will usually begin to inflate around 6:15am and plan to liftoff by dawn, weather dependent. While they wait for the festivities, visitors can enjoy delicious breakfast foods.Hot air balloon rides for the general public are unfortunately not available. However, TETHERED rides in hot air ballons are available. Please see the FAQs below about tethered ride:Vendors must have liability insurance, naming the Clovis Chamber of Commerce as well as The City of Clovis.
