International Production & Processing Expo 2027
The International Production Processing Expo (IPPE) is the premier annual event for the poultry, egg, meat, and animal‑food industries. In 2026 the show featured over 1,300 exhibitors occupying more than 662,000 square feet of exhibit space, making it the largest trade‑show floor in its history.
