Notes
- Official site: stier.co.il/hotex/en/ (organizer Stier Group). The venue operator's page expotelaviv.co.il/en/event/hotex/ still lists only the 2024 edition and was superseded as websiteUrl.
- The previous CMS title for this record carried the Hebrew suffix "Expo Tel Aviv" (Hebrew: Expo Tel Aviv); normalized here to the English brand name "HOTEX - KITEX".
- CMS duplicate flagged to Admin: id 2355 "HOTEX - KITEX" (netID 4064) carries the same 2026 dates and the same official site but mislabels the edition as "40th" (the 40th was the 2025 show; the 2026 show is the 41st).
- This record's legacy slug and summary referenced the co-located "Food Pack & Food Logistics" exhibition, which runs in the same week at the same venue and is covered by this entry's categories.
