FITHEP Expoalimentaria Latinoamericana is the 24th International Fair of Technology for Ice Cream, Pastry, Chocolate, Confectionery, Baking and Food Service. The 2027 edition takes place 30 May - 2 June 2027 at La Rural, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
