Environments for Aging (EFA) Conference + Expo is a senior living design gathering covering design, construction, renovation, and operation of communities for aging. The next edition is 12–14 April 2027 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The programme includes shorter education sessions with case studies, research, and design outcomes, plus networking events and an expo hall. Registration for 2027 is scheduled to open in fall 2026; expo hours are not yet finalized on the official FAQ.
