HKTDC Food Expo
HKTDC Food Expo is Hong Kong's long-running summer food and beverage fair, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) in Wan Chai. It is held together with a cluster of concurrent HKTDC events, including Food Expo PRO, the Hong Kong International Tea Fair, Home Delights Expo and Beauty & Wellness Expo, which together form one of the largest mid-year trade and public fair weeks in the region.

Format
The expo combines a Trade Hall for buyers and distributors with a Public Hall open to consumers, plus a dedicated Gourmet Zone for premium and specialty food sourcing. Product coverage includes bakery products, beverages, snacks, processed and instant foods, fresh fruit and produce, cooking ingredients, food packaging, labelling and food-handling technology.

HKTDC's published 2026 fair statistics report 985 exhibitors across the concurrent Food Expo, Beauty & Wellness Expo and Home Delights Expo, and more than 520,000 visits across those fairs together with Food Expo PRO and the Hong Kong International Tea Fair. The 2026 edition was the 36th Food Expo.
