HKTDC World of Snacks is the annual snacks and confectionery trade exhibition organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (Harbour Road Entrance). It is held every July concurrently with the HKTDC Hong Kong Book Fair and the HKTDC Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo as part of the month-long Cultural July festival; one admission ticket covers all three fairs.

The 6th edition was held 15-21 July 2026 at HKCEC. The next, 7th edition is scheduled for 14-20 July 2027 at the same venue.

The fair serves a global selection of tasty treats, with spotlight zones including Chocolate and Sweet Factory, Travel Delight, Oldie Snacks, Yummy & Healthy, Party Time and Snack Bar. According to official fair statistics, the 2025 edition featured 770 exhibitors and attracted 890,000 visits. The expo brings together snack, beverage and confectionery producers, importers, distributors and retailers from Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland and overseas markets, and is open to trade visitors and the public.
