The AHCA/NCAL CEO Conference is an invitation-only gathering for long term care chief executives and senior leaders, hosted by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. AHCA/NCAL reviews all registrations to preserve the executive-level nature of the event. The programme is built around candid peer conversation and leadership development rather than a trade floor: attendees hear directly from AHCA/NCAL leadership on issues affecting long term care, exchange approaches to shared challenges, and take back practical ideas. Keynotes for the 2026 edition include Colonel (Ret.) Mark W. Tillman, the nation's 12th presidential pilot, on the Air Force One zero-fail mission; futurist Maurice Conti on artificial intelligence and the future of business, work and society; and Dr Kelly Monahan on human-powered leadership and the future of work. The conference also includes timely updates on developments in Washington and education sessions on long term care issues.
