Asia’s Premium Food and Beverage Exhibition | SIAL China 2027
SIAL China is one of the world's three largest food and beverage exhibitions, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre and organised by Comexposium's Beijing subsidiary. The 2027 edition is expected to span around 200,000 square metres, bringing together more than 5,000 food and beverage brands from 75 countries and regions and attracting around 180,000 trade professionals from 132 countries and regions. The show covers the full food and beverage spectrum including meat and seafood, oils, grains and condiments, frozen ingredients, prepared foods, bakery, light meals and specialty agricultural products, with dedicated zones for the foodservice supply chain across halls N1-N5, a high-end drinks and new-style tea theme hall in E2, the Tutto Pizza zone, and functional and health-oriented food and drink. The 2026 edition recorded 183,302 trade visitors and 13,978 business matchmaking meetings. SIAL China 2027 runs 18-20 May 2027. The fair is open to trade professionals only; visitors under 18 and non-professionals aged 70 and over cannot enter.
