The ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition is the American Library Association's flagship annual gathering and the largest library conference in the world, bringing together library workers, authors, publishers, educators, students and exhibitors from around the globe. The 2027 edition returns to New Orleans, Louisiana.

Venue
The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center offers 1.1 million square feet of contiguous exhibit space in the Lower Garden District, minutes from the French Quarter and the Mississippi River. Most sessions take place in the Convention Center, with some hosted at nearby hotels.
