New Designers 2027
New Designers is the UK's most established graduate design showcase, founded in 1985 and now held over four days at the Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, Islington, London N1 0QH. The 2027 edition (30 June - 3 July 2027) returns to the single one-week format introduced in 2026, presenting all design disciplines together under one roof: textiles and fashion, costume design, jewellery and precious metalwork, ceramics and glass, contemporary design crafts, furniture, product and industrial and spatial design, graphic design, illustration and animation, motion and digital arts, and game design. More than 2,500 graduates from leading UK universities present final-year work to industry professionals, buyers and the public, alongside an awards programme, talks and workshops, and dedicated trade, school and industry stands.
Participating universities include Nottingham Trent University (BA Illustration, BA Product Design, BA Furniture and Product Design and BA Textile Design), Manchester School of Art and the University of Staffordshire, with over 100 BA and MA courses represented.
